Lot 56 is the spawn of Aaron's need for a creative outlet. Influenced by the works of Van Halen and Foo Fighters, he writes what rocks. After practicing a few times with vocalist Ian Meyer, and drummer Joel Pruitt, Aaron officially welcomed them into Lot 56. Aaron started playing guitar at the age of 13 after hearing music on Guitar Hero, and has yet to lose inspiration. Ian has been playing piano and singing for his entire life, taking piano lessons for several years. Then later after winning a Guitar Hero contest at a local church, he won a Fender Telecaster and a month of free lessons. Joel has been drumming since the early age of 8, getting his first toy drum at age 3 and later getting his first real drum set. Ben has been a music theory nut for years. He plays the low notes (bass), synth, and piano, helping the band make the loud, louder.
